J.B. joined Baldwin Howell in 2014 after six years in commercial banking and mortgage finance. He oversees acquisitions, development, and financing, with a primary focus on self-storage. A Florida native and University of Florida graduate, he is a licensed real estate associate and CCIM.

Brian brings operating and brokerage experience across the self-storage industry. Before joining Baldwin Howell, he managed Extra Space facilities and worked with the Mele Storage Group at Marcus & Millichap. His focus is sourcing development sites and existing facilities throughout the Southeast. A Florida native and University of South Florida graduate, he is a licensed real estate associate.

Eric has been a Florida real estate professional since 1986. His career began in retail leasing and expanded into the development, ownership, and management of neighborhood shopping centers. He remains closely involved in Baldwin Howell's retail portfolio and is a licensed real estate broker and owner of Lancaster Realty.

Jordan leads new deal generation and pipeline growth. He brings more than a decade of investment experience spanning hedge funds, private equity, and commercial real estate, and has led acquisitions and development across more than 1.5 million square feet. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of South Florida and is a licensed real estate sales associate.

A lifelong Florida resident and University of Florida graduate, Brad has worked in real estate since 1975. He purchased his first self-storage facility in 1987 and has since led investments across storage, retail, residential, and land development. He is a licensed real estate broker and has served on the boards of regional banking institutions.
